Research Overview

  • Walter’s research interests include Financial Contracting, Information Asymmetry, Mortgage Markets, Institutions and Real Estate. His current research studies the economic effect of transaction costs and information asymmetry. Walter earned his Ph.D. in Real Estate from the Pennsylvania State University, Smeal College of Business and teaches courses in real estate. Previously he taught at the University of Notre Dame.
